Reef octopus help

I have a reef octopus 4 on my Red Sea reefer 350 . Tonight it started acting up, it would turn off and then the 15min/60min lights would flash, then it would reset and turn back on, only to turn off a few minutes later and repeat the cycle. Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated

Do you have any other reef octopus items? My first thought would be to try switching controller.
the controllers seem to be the point of failure on reef octopus products. Make sure you contact them.
