Reef Octopus LR-150 vs Tunze Mars 3181 Reactor

I am looking to get a Chaeto Reactor and narrowed it down to these two. Any suggestions on which one I should get? Tank is 150g

Fair point, and it's cheaper by $100 ish.

My hesitation is the fact that some people says it stops spinning. Not sure that matters much, but more curious. If it doesn't spin, since it's 1 light, the other half wouldn't get much of a light source (unless i attach a 2nd LED light on the other side)
