I have a really fine sandbed and last week i bought a Diamond Watchman Goby because i always wanted one. And ever since i introduced him into my tank my water has been cloudy, just wondering if i should get a reactor. I have a Reef Octopus Skimmer and would like to stick with Reef Octopus. I just didn't know they made a reactor. Does anybody have this type of reactor and how good does it work? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I've heard that they carry snail shells empty or not and use them for fortification, but never heard about carrying corals besides burrying them. ALL my rock work and corals are 3'' off the sandbed till the goby came and visit. Now it's about 5'' off the ground.

Dtech, i was thinking more like a Reef Octopus 3.5" Carbon and GFO Media Reactor. Couldn't remember what it was called at the time i made my initial post. Just something to make my water look clear. Would a GFO do that or is it the carbon?

I have one he carries frags and loves to carry hermit crabs. He's a real character and a blast to watch...lol. However, not really funny when he buries frags, which he loves to do!
