Just purchased the skimmer, and there are micro bubbles coming out of the area where the pump connects to the body of the skimmer. Anyone have this issue? Should I use Teflon tape and see if that resolves the issue?

There should be a rubber O-ring in there, check to make sure its there and didn't fall out when you put it together.
