Reef Octopus Regal 200EXT 8 - Missing parts?

hello everyone,

I am new to the forums here, but not new to the hobby. I just purchased a new Regal 200EXT 8 from BRS because my old skimmer was getting tired. this thing is a beast and I think it is going to work well for me. the odd thing is when i received it from UPS the box was sealed correctly but it looks like i am missing all the parts from the pump to the housing for the venturi. I have a ticket open with coralvue, but I received it late Friday (yesterday) and i expect a delayed response. I was all fired up to get this installed yesterday.

my question is has anyone else experienced this on a order? I went through all the packaging and I cannot find anything that resembles a venturi and it didn't have enough pluming parts in the box to add to the pump and housing.

also, has anyone had any experience dealing with coralvue's support? and on getting missing parts? I hope this doesn't turn out to be a issue where I have to wait another couple of weeks to get parts.

Although I don't have the Regal 200, I do have multiple Reef Octopus products such as 3 skimmers, light reactor, sump, varios pump, etc.. Additionally, I have always found CoralVue to be very helpful and supportive. While I haven't experience missing parts with any of my Reef Octopus products, it could happen. Can you provide pictures of what you do have?
