Reef Octopus Regal 250sss vs. 250int

I'm between these two skimmers and my main question is regarding maintenance. In order to clean the pump on the SSS, do I have to take the whole thing apart? As far as performance, are these comparable?

For those that have this skimmer, how do you like it? I'm a huge fan of the varios pumps and hope I'd be just as happy with them in these skimmers.

I have the elite 220 with the various I love it but I the valute needs constant cleaning it clogs up with what looks like salt creep so with saying I'm glad mine is not an in body pump design because it would suck having to always take the skimmer apart just to get to the pump

If you've got room, I'd just get the Int model. Much easier to do maintenance on the pump if needed.
