Reef Octopus Skimmer noise

I have the reef octopus classic 110 i believe its several years old and i recently had issues with the pump i pulled it apart and cleaned it now since i have put it back together it is making a terrible ruckus but seems to be working well. Its a pound vibrating noise seemed to be the impeller but i have pulled it back apart several times thinking it just wasnt put together all the way but still loud as could be. Any thoughts on trouble shooting? I believe its an aquatrance pump.

Welp never mind on that the pump just died completely. Guess i need a new skimmer [emoji19][emoji19]. Any suggestions for a 40 gallon breeder? About 50 gallons total

^^^ I agree, pump is only like $67 to replace, If my 110SSS ( same pump ) gave it up I would def just replace the pump.

New pump is cheaper than a new skimmer.

I just got an aqua trance pump to replace the pump on my nwb150 from the old style pump. Works like a champ.
