Reef octopus skimmer not bubbling

I need help please I have reef octopus 300 it just pulls water no bubbles I checked air hose and the Venturi any ideas

There's got to be a clog somewhere..

No it’s in the sump in the tank

Have you poured RO water thru the air intake ports? I do that weekly.

I’m not familiar with that model, but assuming it has an air silencer is it open (if adjustable).
