Reef octopus varios 6 pump not staying on

Hey reefers I have a reef octopus 300 skimmer with various 6 pump it turns on for a couple seconds and pump turns off with the controller still on any ideas?

Are you using the float switch with it?

Probably bad controller, send a help ticket to Coralvue
