I was wondering if anyone had opinions on which skimmer is best between a super reef octopus xp1000ss skimmer and a eshopps S120/S150 cone skimmer. I will be using it for a 75 gallon cube. Any opinions would be great. Thanks!

If that is the sump saver RO, then I have that model. So far, I love it. It worked right out of the box, very easy to set up and to clean.

I can't speak on a reef octopus, but I love my eshopps skimmer, but their cones seem a little over prices considering they are a "value" brand. But my experience is that they make good stuff. I have the psk-75-h.

I used an s120 on a lightly stocked 75 and it seemed to do well. Now I'm using a xp3000 on a 150 and it rocks for me! Both are good skimmers. I still have my s120 for a future smaller build.

Hows the SWC skimmer? Going to setup a 75g and am researching skimmers too. Thanks.

I decided to go with the reef octopus skimmer since so many ppl had positive things to says about them. Also, I found a fairly good deal on them at Dr.Foster and Smith. Since the tank is so new I really can't speak about its performance but it is well built and supper quiet. I think in the long run I will be really satisfied with it.
