Looks like the RO 150INT is in between the RS 300 and 600 as far as tank sizing goes...

Yes, that is correct. One point of clarification.. the 150INT and 150SSS are both DC pumps. Some of the older models are still AC if i am doing my research correctly.

That is not correct. The DC pumps don't start until the Regal line.

Basically, Varios are DC and Aquatrance are AC.
