Reef octopus warranty

Hi reef2reef!
I recently bought two reef octopus powerheads off amazon. They worked
Great for about two months then I got two flashing lights indicating they needed to be cleaned. After a good cleaning they’re still not working. I emailed reef octopus a Few times asking about warranty and have not heard anything from them. Do any of you have any experience with their customer service?

You can also call. They have a facility in La that is very helpful.
