How much did you overdose?? Changes are that you need to do a series of large water changes.
I get this from the instructions: "Poly-Ox is strong and can kill inhabitants if used indiscriminately"

What color is the product? If it is purplish-black, then it is potassium permanganate and it is dangerous to every use in a reef tank. GAC and water changes are your best hope.

I used the fresh water dosage I’m up to 15 gallon water change as of now- I’ll send a picture tomorrow- to see any change
I know that this does not help now, but there is nothing in a bottle that you ever need to add to your reef tank. You do have to replace major and minor trace elements and I guess that some of those can come in bottles, but try and limit that to calcium, alk and some magnesium. You can get most of the rest from regular water changes and feeding the fish.
Hollar if you need anything else. Damage might be done, but I hope that you were able to mitigate it in the best way possible.
