Hi all,

Got a 9g nano reef and looking to run reef-pi as more of a learning exercise than anything, but eventually will be quite helpful.

However, to get me started here, I got the OS loaded on the PI and Reef-Pi installed. In the tutorial it shows testing the outlets with a LED.

So, the image in the tutorial is a bit different than my pi, so I am not sure how to equate the pins to my pi.

I have done nothing with the pi, or anything before, in fact all this stuff is borrowed from a friend at the moment.

I have 3rd top row pin to breadboard, jumped to resistor (330) to LED to 9th top pin.

The resistor and led were already in the breadboard, so i guess they could be bad...

any help?

Can you share a photo of your breadboard setup and screenshot of your reef-pi configuration?

Thanks for reply, I thought I had edited this post since I had got it working, but somehow it split off my build thread and create another thread??

I will let this thread die, or if admin around could maybe move this response to the other thread.

No idea how this split happened, sorry for confusion.

These images are very useful :)
