Reef pods

Hey yall I know this is a lot of pods but I have no idea what any of them do except for phyto and tibse pods. Can you guys explain the benefits of the rest and cons? Thanks

I believe the three bottom bottles are more or less food sources for the two top bottles. Some of these packs are designed to help diversify the micro-fauna in a reef tank and/or to establish cultures.
