I really do feel bad for Rick. I know he is doing his best to get his product into his customers hands. I am sure trying to balance overseas production with demand while maintaining high quality is a bear. I ordered about 3 weeks ago and sent him a status request a few days ago just curious if he had any idea when my light would be getting to him. I felt bad asking, but I have someone interested in my current light and they were wanting to know when it would be available. I have not heard back. I am sure he dreads having to tell people the delivery of their lights are going to take longer than he thought.

I agree - when I purchased from RR, I knew it would be a while before I got them so I was fine with it. I fortunately have that luxury since my tanks not even set up yet - but at the same time I get why people who need it asap are anxious.
I put my first tank together without patience and just grabbing what was in Stock at the time. I ended up paying for that later - massively! I'm glad I have the ability to practice being patient this time around!

It's been shipped! My 240 is finally on the way as of yesterday. Seems it will be here wednesday.
Next week will be six weeks for me
It's taking me 6 weeks also but my wait is almost over. My pro 240 will be here Wednesday, it's feels like Christmas when I was a kid. Can't wait

Maybe something needs to change if it's taking 6+ weeks to receive a product that's already been paid for. I'm not trying to be mean but still. No where but in this hobby have I ever heard of paying $3-400.00 for something and then it takes this long to get it.

I knew it's was going to be 2-4 week wait because they were made to order and not a stocked. Waiting an addition 2 weeks for a quality product is fine with me.

I can tell you one thing, my lumentek Pro 120 is an awesome light! But it takes a lot more than the 10 minutes the website says to program this thing.
Programming % brightness of all 3 channels for every 10 minute increment takes a while!

I would imagine so. Now the question is; Does it hold your programming if you lose power to the light?
I will test it out Wednesday when I get it.
