I wanted to take a minute and share my feelings about the process of upgrading our reef's lighting. Our dealings with Rick and Reef Radiance have been top notch so far. Rick has always returned my calls as he said he would. I spoke with him before placing my order and he was very informative and cared about our tank on a personal level. I feel he went above and beyond what is required to provide excellent service to us. To date, this has been a fun and exciting process and I am glad we chose to go with Rick and Reef Radiance. I hope this review will help others that are on the fence about leds or Reef Radiance. I must also point out that as I write this review, I have not even received my lights yet. The experience and customer service is amazing and warrants a review all in itself.

Mine's on the way! Any idea if it will take till Friday to get here in Michigan? I used to be able to drive to Arkansas in 9-10 hrs from MI. Oh well! I can wait especially since Rick and crew included a free 'fuge light on account of the wait! Next thing is to check into thier seneye and a Coral pro or DM-155e!

Questions for anyone using the Lumentek 180...Im upgrading my tank to a marineland 300DD the tank is 72" long and 36" front to back with 2 braces across the top, so 3 24x36 open sections on top the tank... I already have 2 fixtures of another company that I plan to use over the sections on each end so I need to buy 1 new fixture for the middle and from reading the specs it says the Lumentek 180 covers a 24x36 area so I figured this would be perfect but the last few pictures ive seen of people using this light are using them over pretty small tanks such as the 40 gallon just a page or two back...Just wanting to know if this light would be able to do the job for me ?? Thanks

I ordered my Evergrow IT2040 from Rick on February 6th, and am still waiting! BUT there's a reason.....
I recieved my light about 2 weeks ago, and had to send it back because it was the wrong layout! So, I am waiting on the next shipment of those to come in before I get it. But, i must say that Rick and his company have been great from the beginning! I had some issues with Fedex when I recieved my first tracking number, and Rick went out of his way to help me out! Fedex was having issues allowing me to hold the package at their facility, so someone at RR personally drove back to Fedex to deliver a new shipper so they could reroute the package to my new address (I moved since making the purchase)!
So, after I got the package and found out it was the wrong one, I called Rick on his cell phone (he had previously called me about the Fedex ordeal), and he actually put his wife on hold to speak with me for a few moments about the wrong light!! Needless to say, he was pretty distraught himself, and immediatly placed a change order with the manufacturer for another light!
As disappointed as I am about waiting still, I must say that I have been extremely impressed with the way Rick has handled everything. He even offered me a substantial discount on a future prurchase! I definitely plan on using that, and chalk up this mistake to the fact that he must be really busy down there! Thanks for the great service!
Oh yeah, any chance the Evergrows will be in soon Rick?
