All good. Just spoke at length with Rick, and he's getting me squared away.

And if my previous posts were misconstrued as aggressive or negative, or both, I apologize. I was just worried about making sure my tank is covered.

I did learn a valuable lesson in this - and that is when you're switching to a new tank with new lights and other new equipment, don't sell your old stuff the same day you get the new stuff in. Give yourself a few days to make sure the transition is smooth.

Had I not sold my lights, this would have been a non-issue. Lesson learned.

Ok finally got around to putting in the beta controller. Pretty straight forward. Not something you should do over your tank but if u do, lol well you are on your own. Unscrew the housing, then the old controller, swap over the wire harnesses and put back together. Total time with writing down the old program and programming the new 22 min. A quick peak under the hood and I can tell you the quality of the internal build is over the top. I can tell you that the wiring in my house and most of hoses I've worked on isn't up to Rick's standings

LOL - a lot of that is me never being happy with anything we build. It drives my crew crazy that I am always making the factory upgrade and improve our lights - the LUMENTEKs have gone through 3 overhauls since I started manufacturing them. I will put my light side by side - and have done so - with any of the outrageously expensive LED lights available and ours looks better - really - at least according to our customers - and the lighting output is - once again - according to customers- much better.

Now if I can just get the factory to build them faster..........................(-:

Funny,

I spoke to Cope at length today - after figuring out who he was and he is a very nice guy. We figured out the most expeditious manner with which to get a light to him and are up to speed.

I love our customers.

Well at least most of them .......(-:

+1 on that but not so fast that they leave the control panel in Chinese like the Jebao RW 15 I received with one of the controllers in Chinese and one in English, had to brush up on my Mandarin, but they made it all good only had to use Google translate for about a week

Sorry Rick...Never said the lights were not great. I was just getting a little nervous because of the posted issues. I have done a ton of recommending Reef Radiance lights to everyone I personally know. Also based on all that I've read. Now I can do so from personal experience :)

I was under the impression you used gbgreensun lights, in another thread you stated you use greensun and the other company use evergrow.....
