I want to tell everyone about my experience with the customer support from reef radiance! I was having trouble with programming my LEDs. Completely my fault so I asked Rick if he or Charles could give me a quick call and walk me thru the setup of them. Well sure enough the phone rings and it's both of them! They really care about their product and making people happy. They walked me thru the setup in 5 minutes. Then proceeded to talk about the hobby. I really enjoyed he conversation and the lights have been on point ever since. My next lights will be reef radiance for sure.
