Has anyone had trouble getting ahold of reef radiance?? I've heard they have great customer service but can't seem to get ahold of anyone..
Ordered a dm155e and mount and Havn't gotten any kind of confirmation email?????
Do they take a while to ship?

I waited forever for my lights to ship from them. I believe it was about a month. The lights are great and they have really good prices but it takes so long to get stuff from them. I heard back from them promptly though. Maybe just because ours the weekend they haven't responded?

I ordered mine yesterday, and have been in constant contact with Rick, answering plenty of questions that I've had about them.

No problems communicating with Rick, although I have not received my shipment confirmation. I was told that they were in stock as of this past Thursday.

Never a problem with contacting Rick. Nor have I ever had a issue with his service. Shoot him a email he responds quickly

I did shoot an email and got nothing. I'm sure the customer service is pretty good, I havnt read a single bad review about the company.
All I want to know is if my order was processed...
Weird. I'll just have to wait it out I suppose. Thanks for all the replies..

Not exactly sure where they are located. Was a rough weather weekend for a lot of people. I'm sure u will be hearing from him soon

I ordered a light mount kit on December 26. Had not received a confirmation to date, however I did email Rick and he responded right away. He stated they were waiting on the shipment and the weather has been a factor. Email him and see what's up.
