I recently purchased and installed an apex and discovered that my ph was surprisingly low. I’ve manipulated my system to raise ph a bit and have noticed some new growth on pieces that had stalled out.

Haha very true good catch. Unless he was trying to say the corals are moody, paranoid and overly talkative while sometimes getting stuck peeking through the blinds for long periods of time!

It’s been slow but I have 3 others next to it that have been really slow as well. Might just be a bad spot. Plus my ph was 7.6-7.8. @FarmerTy acquired a similar size from the same vendor and his growth has been unbelievable compared to mine.

Mine I would say is growing at an average rate for acros. Not too fast but not too slow either.

Frag was about 5/8” that got knocked off. I think my emperor did it when I threw it into the frag tank for a day before taking him to his new home.

It seems to be a good grower and you gave me a gigantic frag so I take no credit in growth.
