Anyone know if you can put a good amount of reef roids into a container and have a magnetic stirrer stir it up and dose roids on a nightly basis? Would it stink and spoil over time?

Thanks

What if you get the TLF kalk reactor hooked up to your ATO or a pump on a timer and use reef raids instead of kalk.... just an idea, never done it but I could see how it could work

We have a 1,5 litre bucket with a air hose for mixing the water. In this we put a new mix of coral food every day. We're dosing with dosing pump to the aquarium.
All we add per day to this bucket is dosed out, so the bucket is empty in the morning. If something is left in the bucket more than a day it will start to smell really bad :)
We need to clean the bucket now and then. It get dirty quite fast.

If you are talking about making up a batch that you will dose for several days, it will definitely spoil and get nasty. Especially if you aren’t planning to refrigerate.

If you are talking about making a new batch every day with dosing throughout the day I would think it would be fine.

You can test it yourself by putting some reef roids or whatever food into a cup with whatever water you would use, stir by hand once a day or whenever you were planning, and see what happens over a few days. Maybe in the garage though unless you live with VERY understanding people :)
