So I've been wanting to spot feed and filter feed my corals with more than just my daily fish food. (Mysis shrimp, plankton, cyclops, seaweed delight). Had anyone had great success or knows of another supplement besides this one? Or is this the one? ?

That is the one I use and it is amazing! I started using it Two months ago. Prior to using it I had no growth in my pollyps or other soft corral. Since I started using reef roofs everything is exploding, in a good way, in my tank. Highly recommend. I feed them twice a week.

Make sure you turn your power heads off when you feed. That way the corals can absorb the nutrients without it getting blown away.

Ok guys!! Update on using these reef-roofs! And wow:) let me say spot on. I feed twice a week , once spot feed and the other is just filter feed from my circulation after dumping them into the tank. Polyps extend, tissue inflames, and color enhances :) what an amazing product. Works on all of my corals, from sps, lps, softies, to brains, chalice, Zoas, torches, plates, acros, and more! And the best part is, when I spot feed, my goby likes to be hand fed with my syringe like a baby with a bottle :) lol that video will be posted soon .
