Any recommendations on ways to feed I hear some ppl dose the water and others spot feed. I have a torch, 2 hammers and a toadstool mushroom coral
 
I personally spot feed and broadcast feed the leftovers. Some species howver, like goniopora, should have direct feeding.
 
I only have a 20 gallon.

I spot feed reef roids to my acans/goni/scoly.
You shouldnt need to feed the hammer/torch/leather if the lights are where they should be. If I feed mine it causes them to poo a lot lol
 
I spot feed my torch, octo, acans, zoas, and shrooms. I've found that I mix more powder with less water and use a small eye drop. This gives me more of a paste which the LPS corals seem to enjoy more.

I agree :) I use 3 ml of water to 4-5 (.5g) scoops of roids
 
I mix the reef roids in with my frozen and broadcast and spot feed all week with my regular feedings. I have been putting 1/4 teaspoon of the roids in with the mix.
 
I use it once to twice a week - spot feed when lights are almost off and turn off all pumps for 15 minutes or so.
