Ok this is a reef safe cure for ich. This worked for me 3 times but I can not guarantee this will work for everyone.
I achieved this with good water quality and diet.

Step 1. Create a home made food. First you get all the meaty frozen foods. Mysis, cyclopsee, rods food, clam, ect. Mysis is the bare minimum the more variety the better.
Step 2 put them in a plastic container and add new life spectrum pellets and flakes. (I found these to be the most nutritious).
Step 3 wait for the frozen food to melt and add selcon and Galic extreme. (And nori if you have tangs)
Step 4 when it is all melted mix it together but not to much to break the mysis. Then freeze. (You can use this to feed your fish even if they don't have ich).
Step 5 get doctor G medicine egg roe and ich attack.
Step 6 feed the home made food, doctor G egg roe, and dose ich attack.
Hopefully this will cure your fish of ich.

This will not cure ick. By providing the nutrient rich food you are helping the fish immune system to fight the parasite. While the fish may not show signs of infection you still have ich in your tank.

Agreed. This is not a "cure" it is a way to employ ich management. A good way and it's certainly smart to feed nutritious foods and a good variety of them! Keeping your fish's immune system in top condition is always the best plan no matter if you practice ich management or if you QT all your fish.
