It seems as though my tangs have a slight case of ich. It’s just a few spots on each one. But none of my other fish have it at all. I want to get it under control before it spreads. Is there a reef safe ich treatment anyone recommends/have used? TIA!

Treat with metroplex and focus from seachem. Mix with you frozen food and treat the system for 14 days The focus binds the Med to the food and the fish will ingest the food.

Metro helps with internal worms but unfortunately doesn’t help with ich. Right now there is no reef safe ich treatment. Pulling all fish to a QT while treating with copper and leaving the DT fallow is only the way to eradicate ich. Here is another forum about the subject.
