Looks like a star in the bucket we usually describe in the hobby as asterina starfish. There are quite a few different species all described this way. Most are completely benign. Some have been reported to much corals. Odds are it's reef safe, but they replicate quickly if they like your tank, so if you don't like it I'd remove it now
