Reef safe " ornaments "

I saw a picture today of skull shaped rock covered in a type of encrusting coral, anyone add any type of reef safe art to there tank? If so I'm curious of the types they have

Almost anything I've ever added to a saltwater tank gets covered with algae and ends up looking like crap. But that's just my personal experience.
