Reef safe worm?

Hi Guys,

First post... I'm currently cycling my first Marine tank. 150l/40G.
I've used some live rock from a LFS.

Can someone please ID this worm for me and advise me if its reef safe? (I have been unable to identify it)

I had to film it in the early hours, it's very sensitive to white light and retracts immediatly on being hit with light.

Yes, its head is forked with darker grey edges and an almost translucent body.

Yeah I had forgot to turn the pumps off first, maybe i'll try again this morning.
