I collected this fellow, had to ask 4 old baymen what it was. I would like clarification. The old timers had mixed opinions. I've seen them before, but never thought about collecting for the reef tank. This is the largest I've seen, but I was told it was a small one. Stretched out, they like to do that, it measures about 4 feet long and 1" wide.
ID please?
Reef safe?
Or should I take it fishing and scare the fish?
Flat worm? My guess
Any takers, I have a few! Free worms

Have to ask, even if reef safe, which I doubt, why would you want such a big ugly thing, probably wrecking havoc, in your tank?
It looks like a tube of chorizo.

I live in Maine, we fish with a worm called blood worms to fish for Striped Bass but I have never seen one that large.
It's a small to medium Flat worm, but I was thinking the same thing, I'll introduce it to a Striped Bass
