What are some good reef salt salts out there that are more stable and help more with nitrates. I currently use Instant ocean but =ales are all over the place each batch I get

I don't know how a different salt is going to help you with nitrates. That's more a feeding, skimming, filtering, stocking issue.

I am using instant ocean, my readings are pretty stable (having issue with Nitrates), but think that is due to lack of protein skimmer and direct sunlight (both problems should be solved nicely in about 21 - 45 days. Getting ready to move to the Reef Crystals. SG is a Solid/Steady 1.0245
