Hi all,
I have a fairly new tank (~6 months) I used 50 lbs of reef saver dry rock which is very porous rock. I have some frags I want to start mounting soon, one of which is an acan with about 6 polyps that is currently attached to a flat piece of rock. My question is if I glue this flat frag onto a porous rock like reef saver what is the growth pattern of the acan going to be like? Is it going to be able to grow over and cover a rock that has so many holes and ununiform surface?

I’ll try to get some pics of the acan soon it’s still sitting on my sand bed as of right now until I decide where to mount it
