Reef Slug - What kind and is it harmful?

Found a couple of these in my tank today. I was in the hobby about 20 years ago but i dont remember seeing one like this. Does anyone know what it is and if i should put him back?

They are the best grazers you can get. I used to have at least 100, but my bird wrasse hunted them to extinction.

Funny thing is, you cant buy these guys- you just have to find them as a hitchhiker and pray its fertile

Very cool, i have at least 3 that im aware of. Hopefully they multiply.
