Any good books? Ones that would give me a lot more information on running a reef tank. About setup and piping and all.

I started a book club on my blog. I'm following along to add books to the list. So far I am doing books about oceans, more than tanks, but I want to cover some tank books too.

There are good books out there, but not on the topics you are looking for. The advancements in the hobby are happening too quickly to be able to publish a book. This site is one of the best ways to find out how to run a reef tank. There are great books out there by Julian Sprung that will help you learn about different algae and he has a great set of books, 3 in total, that will teach you a lot about corals. There are also a few great books out there about fish. Reef Keeper Magazine is good, but I love Coral magazine.

I do agree with @Ippyroy that your best source of DIY info is likely going to be places like Reef2Reef. Things just move too quickly to meet the publishing cycle. But if you just enjoy reading, like I do, I have some ideas.

https://www.goodreads.com/friend/i?invite_token=ZDI1NTVmNWUtYjlmMS00MjJlLTlhNjYtNjQ1ZGY0NWNiMzFk, Anyone you can join me on good reads. Can share what books your reading and so on and also track reef books as well
I started following you On goodreads. Let me know if there's anything exciting you think I should add to the list for other bibliophiles! My blog post for it is here: https://www.bthefountain.com/post/what-happens-in-book-club-doesn-t-stays-in-book-club

True yet I am sure a lot of the basics stay the same.

Along with the books listed above, here are a couple of others that I have found helpful:
- Breeder's Guide to Marine Fishes (Wittenrich)
- Conditioning and Rearing of Fish - Emphasis on Clownfish (Hoff)
- Culturing Live Foods (Hellweg)

Additionally, there are several books about the ocean, biology and diversity of fishes, fisheries, conservation, water flow/filtration/chemistry, etc. that have helped give me a much broader and more informed understanding of this space.

If anybody cares what I am currently reading (looking at you @Bleigh ;Bookworm) related to reefs, reefing, and fishes:

Recently read:
- Chemical Oceanography (Millero)
- Coral Reefs in the Microbial Seas (Rohwer)

Currently reading:
- Coelenterate Ecology and Behavior (Mackie)
- Aquaculture: Farming Aquatic Animals and Plants (2nd ed.; Lucas & Soutgate)

Up next:
- Marine Fishes of Florida (Snyder & Burgess)
