Hi r2r,

I'm sure this has been discussed before. My nano 10G fluctuates between 25.3C and 28C depending on the weather where I live. I have tried a 50w aqua one heater and a 100w elhiem heater. On average it fluctuates 2c a few times a day.

I am considering a fan to cool the tank. I dont really have trouble heating it up.

Any advice

Thanks

fan on a temperature controller might do it for you. 3 degrees celsius is indeed a bit to bit of a fluctuation but assuming it sesonal difference it might still be ok. yet 28 is also high and I prefer not to have my tank go above 26.

I'd prefer for mine to be in the 25-_26 range I'll try a fan
