reef tank on a budget 600+$

i havent decided how much i wanna spend but i want to set up a 3rd tank. idk how big i can go but i want something nice, was thinking of doing an IM tank or a ada tank or something. i dont need anything crazy like reactors. id prefer 10g plus, 20 would be even nicer

Think first need decide on how much you want spend and how big you want it then narrow down your search from there.

Maybe you can get some info from your 49 page thread ha ha on setting up cheap tank ^_^

IM tanks are really great but ***** expensive. the 20 gallon lagoon or peninsula are both decently priced, and for the lagoon it is possible you could light it with a singular large light, bringing down costs a bit.

I recently setup a 10 gallon "budget" build with just a HOB filter and 10 gallon tank from Petco. I splurged on a few upgrades, but you could easily do a similar setup for $200 or less. It's certainly not as nice as an Innovative Marine tank or similar AIO's, but even with the HOB filter it's a pretty clean setup and I'm enjoying it so far.
