Was looking for suggestions for unhappy acans and dying candy canes

The calcium is pretty high. I doubt that is an issue with unhappy acans and dying candy canes.

Do you have a tank thread or more info about the setup?

Get that temp down. 80 is not great for LPS, especially if is more like 81 or 82 since our reef level gear is not always all that accurate.

The acans are going to need more light. Do you know the PAR level down there? I would shoot for at least 150-200 although 100-125 might be OK. Shadows is no good.

Is the flame angel a known picker in your tank? These are always suspect with fleshy corals - don't assume that just because they are not munching on the frogspawn or torch that they are not eating other things.
