Reef tank placement

Reefers,

My house has so many windows that there is literally no wall that has 5 feet of sheetrock. I ended up placing my new tank where it encroaches on a window. What ideas have you seen that will help decorate the window in a way that it does not look funky with the reef tank in front?. I am looking for design ideas.

My tank is in front of 2 windows I just closed the blinds. And there is black vinyl on the back glass.

UV rays will penetrate blinds and provide indirect lighting and lead to algae issues
Windows are a big disadvantage when there’s so many.
If there’s a wall where window faces on side, black that side out with black construction paper and you should be ok

My problem is not light coming through the window. The window is in a shaded porch and the back of the tank is black. My question is how to decorate the window so it does not look weird (like a 1/2 a window).

You could find some fabric curtains. Make them the entire length of the tank. Of course you would have to be willing to give up usefulness of the window, but it would hide the window and look nice.
Just a thought.
