I'm curious anyone with a reefwave or any controllable flow maker. Do you run a schedule to change the type of flow perhaps for time of day or just for variety or what is your throughts? Currently I am just running mine on random

This is how I run mine. I have the return from my sump split into two jets blasting right into the middle of the reefwave flow. The reefwaves are set for three second blasts.. It causes lots of random turbulence.

Thank you. I only have one reefwave, my return from the sump has two outlets so I have one facing the reefwave and also one cutting across the reefwave at the other end of the tank. I'm curious if random is my best option or should I change up flow. Possibly drop it at certain types of the day or night. I wonder what wave patterns are like in the wild, are they linked to high tide and low tide etc.. or am I just over thinking it hahaha
