I need to swap out my lights and the tank won't have any light over it for a couple of days. Would the fish and corals be okay?

Yes, you'll be fine for a couple days. Not to worry.

That'd be fine. I posted a thread about how a lfs serviced my tank and never turned on my lights because they thought they were on timers and everything made it. I didn't have sps at the time but I had clams

You're lucky. I lost power when I was on a trip and my lights mever turned back on. Clam fied in 4 days...
Thats odd. But I'm betting it was more than just the lights being off that killed him though.

3-4 days is perfectly fine..... In fact there are some hobbyists that say a 48hr lights out period every few months contributes to a healthier reef.

Yeah I do this occasionally on purpose for a couple days. I even cover the tank to remove all ambient light as well. You shouldn't have an issue.
