I just wanted to say out of all the other reef forums, reef2reef without doubt is #1
why? Well, what makes this forum special is the fact that everyone on here are very polite especially the mods! It's layout is simple and looks really nice !!! The sponsors are all great, giving us great deals and giveaways. Also the smilies are awesome as well.

Just wanted to say thank you for those who work hard on reef2reef
Thank you

I couldn't agree more! One of the very best forums around and one that continuously provides great resources for information and makes everyone, including those of us new to the hobby feel welcome!

Yes nanoreef and reefcentral are nice but there are alot of jerks over there and I have seen more beautiful reef tanks here than at the others. I would also like to say you guys here are way more helpful and know alot more than the others.

The free giveaways are great, although I haven't won anything yet... *coughs* lol Seriously though, along with that, one of the things that intrigued me the most was how fast it seemed newbies were getting answers to their questions while I lurked checking this place out. Not only that but that no matter what the question was, no matter how elementary it may have seemed to the more experienced members no one was ever told that their question was dumb. Respect goes a long way and having people who remember what it was like to be new is worth it's weight in gold.

Something I've often wondered is why not have a down-loadable pdf of business cards? Many members, both new and experienced alike have great relationships with their LFS and would probably be willing to talk with them about placing those cards on their counters. Many of the LFS' already refer people here anyway....why not give them a better way to do so. Maybe the occasional contest by how many people a member refers here? Assign each member a permanent ID number? I know I'd print them out. Just a thought.

Nice I just put a coral pack up for this months thread of the month contest winner which the great people of this community will vote on... Get your thinking cap on and share some great info who knows this could be your lucky day...;)
Btw great idea with the cards... Passed it on to rev..

It's always nice to hear things like this! Thanks for the compliments guys! I must say that the community as a whole including all members, vendors, and mods are what make this such a great place. Please continue to spread the word to your local reefing community about all the benefits of R2R!

Always good to get great feedback like this! Thanks for the comments:bigsmile:

Typically, the only feedback that's given, on forums, is either negative feedback or feedback when there's a software issue or the forum isn't working as expected. While both of those types of feedback are necessary, to help improve where improvement is needed, the positive feedback is very refreshing! Thank you so much for posting!
