Not to be rude, I am not intending to do so. But I think proper protocol (and more useful for other members) is to review them on their personal profile page.
I believe you do it by clicking "leave feedback".
This is more useful to others because It can more easily be viewed by potential buyers or people with a vested interest in his or her history.
