Reefapalooza

Depends on how much money you are willing to spend, how excited and fascinated you are in to the hobby, are you interested in meeting fellow reefers and saltwater venues in Florida and what John mentioned above? That is just part of it!

I still think it's worth going. We just make a weekend out of it and stay at Disney or Universal for a couple of days instead of driving three hours that morning. And you get to talk with the people that make the equipment. Of course, everyone else there is trying to do that too. Latest and greatest stuff is there.

Just a thought on getting in to the show. If you want a swag bag you need to get there early. Like really early. Last year we thought we were safe arriving about an hour and a half before it opened, There were a couple hundred people in front of us by then. When we left the show a couple hours later you could just walk in but no swag bag. On the website for the show there's a video of all the people waiting in line. Personally I wouldn't go early again but a friend of mine from Wales is coming over for vacation and timed it with the show and he wants a swag bag.

I have been twice. They sell virtually everything. There will be fish. But there will be more coral. Fish need more support than corals.
