Hey guys so My reefbot has been working flawlessly for the past couple months but today gave me a scare. I get an alert that my DKH test is completed and I reviewed the results which was at 13.7...but just yuesterday it tested at 9.8. Well I rushed home and did a manual test with my hannah tested 9.69 at the same time running a test with the reefbot. Turns out the reefbot again read 13.7 for some reason. I am using the red sea alk test and I am trying to figure out why it all of a sudden stopped reading precisely compared to the previous day/ hannah test. The only thing that changed was I added two new vials but I have yet to set them up in the app. Could that be an issue?

Sorry for the next question but are all the other testing parameters (other than Alk) fine?

If all other tests come out fine then maybe the reagents were mixed up?
If the other tests are not accurate as well then maybe recalibrate?

Nope I think the others are working fine...nitrates read 10ppm higher than usual but that could be due to my excessive feeding for the new fish. I did a manual test with the reagent from the bot and got a result I was expecting and matched closely to the hannah. Reefkinetics is working on the problem and actually remedied a problem I had with the magentic stirrer spinning to fast within the day.
