Price seems normal to me tbh.

Seems to be marketed to the lfs mainly as a way to test customers water.

but there are 21 separate vials, each requiring its own servo motors. Apparently is faster than the regular reef bot, so higher quality motors.
When add the parts plus the 40-65% GP$ they likely have to earn to make this a profitable venture. $3000 seems about right.
 
Marketed that way yes but there’s a ton of people with a fully stocked fish room that would love something like this.
I don't disagree! haha! I definitely would. Higher quality components then the "hobby" bot, more of them, extra markup due to selling to businesses, higher priced product. What was the draw for the pro vs the normal?
