Has anyone else ordered from or been in contact with Reefbreeders since the first of the New Year?

Placed an order on Monday, received tracking info on Tuesday morning, package was never taken to or picked up by FedEx. Reached out to Reefbreeders via email and phone call all week with no response to emails and phone calls go straight to voicemail.

Needed to upgrade the ordered light to a larger model and beyond that I am frustrated with the lack of contact.
 
I know you asked since the New Year, but I received a photon v2 the week prior to Christmas and had no issues.
 
Thanks for the feedback. He posted in his thread on Tuesday and generated the label then as well but nothing since.

When it is your money out there with no communication from a vendor then you have every right to use the term chill with me. I was simply asking if anyone has heard from them. I would hate for the unit to get shipped out due to their lack of communication only for it to get shipped back because a larger unit was needed from them.

Let's be honest, reputations change.
 
Logan the owner is a real busy young man he prob has a lot right now with college give it sometime. His company is very reputable and I'm sure he'll do right by you.
 
Currently with a study abroad program in Cuba. I have employees handling shipping but the regular fedex guy also happens to be in the Caribbean. All orders are shipping but there was some miscommunication with the temp from fedex.
 
Please wait a couple days for tracking info to update, this happens all the time and is usually just a system lag with the carrier. My internet access is extremely limited here. If you have an EMERGENCY, related to shipping ONLY, you can call Brendan Flynn at (908) 462-4460
