Can you check your settings and make sure you haven't accidentally disabled the ability for members to PM you? That is typically what would happen when you have them disabled is you'd be able to send but not receive a new PM.

Click on your name below the R2R logo at the top of this page.

Click contact details.

Make sure the box is checked under conversations and you are allowing conversations from members. Should look like this:

If the box is unchecked or you have selected only people you follow then that is why people aren't seeing the option
