Resurrecting an old thread with the same issue. Because I bought the ballast in September of 2021, it’s out of warranty, even though I just started using them last October. So I basically got just over a years worth of use out of it. Fortunately I had two galaxy ballasts that I picked up as backups. The galaxy ballasts are over 13 years old and are working just fine. I really like the reflectors/pendants, but I would steer clear of their electronic ballasts, just not worth it. Especially when you can buy a new galaxy or icecap for less and get a longer warranty.

Just reporting back, RB offered to replace my ballast if I cover shipping, so kudos to them.
