Reefbrite XHO- Hydra 32

Now that I have been getting more into SPS, I am looking at expanding my lighting. My main question is if anyone with Hydra 32s has messed with the Reefbrite XHO's? Do they make a drastic difference? I have read some reviews of people saying they're a waste of money and dont really do much. Any opinions on the matter?

I haven't used them, but quite a few reefers do use them to augment their AI or EcoTech setups. I think for SPS they'll help, but you may also be able to achieve a lot of your goals by tweaking your light intensity in conjunction with a PAR meter.
