Reefcleaners.org - can't order from site?

Hey guys!

Looking to order a 55g pack from RC.org but I get a system error from their website everytime I try to buy! I know they're in Florida, does anyone know if they're shipping or not?

There is no way to contact them to see if they're open or not and they have no social media to look into, that I know of.

Kinda sketchy not having a least an email address to get a hold of someone ....

Anyone else had any luck ordering?

Probably a problem on your end, or maybe a transient issue with their checkout system.
I ordered from them last weekend, and got my snails on Tuesday.
Have ordered from there many many times previously, never any problems.

John is really a fantastic person and fast with his emails. He would likely reply before dinner time if I sent anything to his email.
Definitely my go to for CUC from now on.

I ordered late Saturday and received an email from John almost immediately - they are shipping this week without any delays it seems.

I placed an order on 3/23 and received the shipment this past week. I was impressed with the personal message from John and the automated shipping updates throughout the process.

I placed an order saturday and recieved a personal conformation within 2 hours, and shipping tomorrow. This is my second transaction, highly recommend.

Wow, John sounds like a standup guy. I tried multiple browsers, different computers and even my phone and had the same issue. I couldn't find an email address and his spam blocker thinks every IP address I use, even Verizon Mobile is spam so it blocks me. I'll shoot him an email directly and see if I can't get this taken care of.

My order last week was a CUC for a 75g so I would assume you would be fine to get a 55g CUC.

Also had a great experience, very personable and his things are very clean! No random algae growing on shells of snails like some *other* places lol

Hopefully that fixed the issue! I whitelisted your IP address. Our anti spam software sometimes overreacts if it thinks you are browsing too fast or typing too quickly, it is silent captcha. Great at catching bots, sometimes it goes rogue and turns on humans as well.

Our core Florida stock is currently unaffected, we had a month+ supply in the system and solved our water access issues last week. Still working on access for some of the other species like limpets, zig zags, and chitons. Central and West Pacific imports are up in the air, our main supplier is no longer bringing in orders, our other suppliers seem to be out of Trochus. I haven't been able to get in any for a few weeks. Mexican stuff is still coming in for now.

I ordered Sunday. Supposed to b shipped today and arrive Thursday or Friday

the only problem I encountered was trying to use my iPad to use their site. Had to switch to a pc. Then everything worked correct for me.

also I received an order confirm which came from John using the email address [email protected]
